Job Summary
JCS is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and lead an Information Technology (IT) operations contract in support of a US government client’s mission. In this role the ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to a team in ways that promote the client’s mission. The PM is expected to provide high-quality project and program management standards across the whole project lifecycle. Advise clients on the project cost, program, risks and issues. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.

What you will do:
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years IT experience; Minimum of 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP; CCIE; MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent.
- Have a background in Information Technology/Service Management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, CMM, ISO, and AGILE).
- Possess or can attain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD).
