Job Summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, high-impact government technical programs. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of federal IT environments, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward mission success.
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full program lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and reporting—ensuring alignment with government requirements, technical objectives, and organizational priorities. You will serve as the primary liaison between JCS, client stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining accountability for performance, compliance, and quality outcomes.
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from the original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. Defines project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

What you will do:
  • Engage directly with government customers to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Crafting, communicating, and implementing program objectives and strategies.
  • Managing multiple, related projects and project interdependencies.
  • Planning for change and risks across all projects in the program.
  • Maintaining program documentation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on projects’ progress and changes.
  • Defining and measuring program success according to KPIs.
  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Creating and managing long-term goals.
  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • TS Security Clearance w/ SCI eligibility
  • Required 8 years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large teams of 20+ employees and operating across multiple large and complex systems.
  • Experience leading cutting edge development and devops teams demonstrating the ability to stay on the most up to date technology and cloud systems.
  • Experience in crafting, communicating, and implementing program objectives and strategies.
  • Experience in managing multiple related projects and project interdependencies.
