Summary:
JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a GWAC/IDIQ Program Manager responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the use of broad-scope, IDIQ contracts available Government-wide to support the company's growth. The Program Manager will develop approaches to maximize the use of these contracts, aligning with annual and 5-year targets. Responsibilities include managing strategic IDIQ/GWAC pursuits; tracking activity on existing IDIQs/GWACS; promoting JCS vehicles to customers; educating business development and capture professionals on the suite of vehicles; reporting IDIQ/GWAC metrics; and supporting IDIQ/GWAC task order responses. What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact to Government GWAC/IDIQ Program Offices and ensure full contract compliance and timely internal and external task order communications
Build, manage, and maintain a task order management repository, driving pipeline across IDIQs and GWACs.
Identify new task order bid opportunities and lead initial qualification support to inform bid decisions.
Collaborate with capture leads and internal stakeholders to identify potential organic growth opportunities with existing task orders and in adjacent spaces. Liaison with internal customers to communicate information regarding contract changes and other relevant data.
Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with the government contract management offices and industry partners that drive growth.
Participate in and contribute to GWAC/IDIQ strategy, provide guidance on strategy for agency IDIQs and other Best in Class Multi-Award Contracts.
Develop strategies on IDIQ/GWAC strategic direction to ensure maximum benefit of the company’s portfolio of existing and future contract vehicles.
Manage and coordinate GWAC/IDIQ deliverables, development of Monthly/Quarterly Reports, and support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for all IDIQs/GWACs; ensuring such deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
Attend IDIQ/GWAC related industry meetings, Program Management Review Meetings (PMR), conferences, trainings, or participate in organizations to further enhance knowledge of Government Procurement processes or that may have an impact on how business is conducted in the Government marketplace.
Track IDIQ and TO metrics; Maintain contract vehicle reference material and collateral.
To be successful, you should have:
Qualifications:
Minimum six years of previous experience managing and capturing IDIQ/MAC Task Orders proposals on multiple contract vehicles
Minimum six years of Program Management and strong technical experience in cyber, emerging technology and related functional areas.
Six plus years of experience with GWAC/IDIQ/BPA management including contractual and performance management and managing task orders and supporting Capture activities.
Candidate must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered and eligibility to be upgraded to Top Secret.
Strong knowledge of the Federal acquisition regulations and procurement with GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, and Federal Contracting Schedules.
Active Secret clearance and able to obtain top security clearance
