Job Summary

JCS is seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to support the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows devices using SCCM and Intune. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our endpoint infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and configuration management tools, along with strong troubleshooting abilities and a collaborative mindset.

What you will do:
  • Assists in the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows devices using SCCM / Intune.
  • Monitors and maintains the SCCM servers and ensures their optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Windows devices and SCCM / Intune.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators to implement best practices and security policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation or SCCM configurations and procedures.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of software updates and patches.
  • Assist in the training of end-users on the use of Windows devices and SCCM / Intune
What you will bring: 
  • 4 years of experience using and managing Windows operating systems
  • 4 years of experience managing and administering SCCM/ Intune or other configuration management solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality 
  • Previous support in an IT role, particularly with Apple devices
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python (among others)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Must have or be eligible to hold an HHS Public Trust
