The VTC Field Service Engineer supports the AFNCR IT Services Program, delivering mission-critical audio visual (AV) and video teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities for senior Department of Defense leadership. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of enterprise VTC systems across secure and high-visibility environments, including the Pentagon and associated sites.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer service skills, ensuring reliable, secure, and seamless communication systems that directly enable command and control operations.
