Summary:
JCS is seeking an experienced Risk and Business Analyst to support a Senior Risk and Vulnerability Analyst for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, the ideal candidate will analyze risk data and information from multiple sources, prepare the environment, respond to information requests, and submit intelligence collection and production requirements in support of planning and operations. Support risk analysis and prioritization to identify and rank cybersecurity risks to national security infrastructure.
Integrate cyber threat, vulnerability, and consequence data from public and private stakeholders to inform risk assessments.
Collaborate with CISA Intel and Intelligence Community (IC) to incorporate cyber threat intelligence into risk analysis and joint defense planning.
Develop risk analysis models, tools, and methodologies for effective risk prioritization.
Create and maintain standard polices and procedures for risk analysis to ensure consistency across CISA and its partners.
Provide risk assessments and strategic insights to leadership to guide the development of cyber defense plans.
Identify and fill analytic gaps by supporting data integration efforts and offering recommendations for risk mitigation.
Develop methodologies to assess the impact of risk reduction on cyber defense planning and operations.
Coordinate with CISA Intel and IC partners to integrate intelligence into planning and establish a common operation picture.
Develop processes for integrating threat intelligence from industry partners into USG frameworks.
Create and manage intelligence support frameworks for real-time collaboration and information sharing.
Maintain an effective information management structure for data and documentation sharing using authorized platforms.
A bachelor’s or advanced degree is highly desired.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be a US Citizen.
Must obtain and retain a Top-Secret clearance and obtain and retain SCI eligibility/access during the performance of the contract.
Will require DHS Fitness Determination to perform work.
Minimum of 5 years of experience using cyber threat intelligence and cyber vulnerability data to develop cyber risk analyses that inform organizational prioritization and cyber operations.
Proficiency in understanding how to use various data sets and sources of information.
Ability to develop a defensible and repeatable risk analysis methodology.
