What you will do:
  • Responsible as the primary assistant and key integrator to the CEO.
  • Leads and completes routine details of staff operations and the management of corporate functional support staff members.
  • Communicates as a liaison between the CEO, Senior leadership, corporate support functions staff, and tactical leadership.
    • Ensures information flow that aligns with the CEO’s recommendations, intent, decisions, and establishes and enforces timelines.
    •  Fosters a positive working environment, that motivates employees to offer suggestions for improvement.
    •  Coordinates CEO’s calendar.
  • Provides leadership and management to the organizations and collaborates across the functional areas.
  • Develops and builds relationships with employees, improving their efficiency in existing and new operations.
  • Manages the implementation of strategic initiatives, from development through execution, under the supervision of senior leadership.
  • Assists and ensures strategic objectives align with organizational goals and vision.
  • Assists with goal setting and managing key performance indicators to measure and improve teams performance.
  • Completes special projects and initiatives with skillful management and support.
  • Identifies areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
  • Directs and coordinates with support function staff to align with the CEO’s expectations, direction, and guidance.
  • Establishes and enforces organizational policies, processes, and procedures
  • Responsible for leading, coordinating and synchronizing meetings, activities, and events.
  • Schedules events and works with the CEO and Senior Leadership as appropriate.
  • Coordinates and schedules internal and external meetings for the CEO
  • Collaborates with CEO, Senior Leadership, and support function staff to maximize the profits and growth of the organization by developing and implementing innovative plans and strategies.
  • Maintains excellent public relations, client management and relationship, that always portrays a positive image.
  • Supports and oversees the security and safety of the organization and employees.
Collateral Duty:
  • May perform duties and responsibilities as the organizational Facility Security Officer (FSO).

What you will bring:
  • Business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the relevant industry
  • Candidate should have a creative and innovative way of thinking, good problem-solving skills, exceptional decision-making skills, good judgment, aggressive, positive attitude, etc.
  • Demonstrated work experience in handling similar responsibilities
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive and relevant experience, and minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of government contracting experience is required.
  • Demonstrate 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration, or similar field
  • Ability to obtain a clearance is required
