Summary:

JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is seeking a SailPoint Developer to join our growing team supporting a Department of Defense Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) Enhancement project within the National Capital Region (NCR). At this time, this position follows a remote with 20% travel reporting schedule. Should the government require this position to be either partially or fully onsite in the future, the requirement of this position will be change to full-time onsite schedule.

What you will do:

The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and configuring SailPoint solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications.
  • Critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Establish a user's identity and provision user information to connected information systems. This includes development of custom forms, workflows, rules, policies, etc.
  • Enable end-user request for accounts and entitlements in information systems.
  • Govern user access to systems to enforce the principle of least privilege.
  • Perform developer testing and assist with deployment preparation and support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Document technical design, architecture and configurations as well as support creation of end-user training materials.

To be successful, you should have:
  • Experience implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Possession of a SailPoint IdentityIQ certification
  • Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with ServiceNow or SAP GRC
  • Experience with Agile processes
  • Experience with IAM technologies and protocols including Active Directory, LDAP, and SCIM
  • Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
  • Experience working in or with the US federal government clients

Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Active Security+ certification or CISSP
  • At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing an enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solution, such as:
    • SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ)
    • Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
    • IBM Security Verify Governance
  • Ability to:
    • Develop an access request workflow in an IGA solution
    • Enable role-based access control (RBAC) with an IGA solution
    • Develop a Lifecycle event workflow such as joiner/mover/leaver.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of:
    • Java programming language
    • Representational State Transfer (REST) API's
  • General knowledge of: Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines with minimal direction at times
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills
